The Sublimation Process
Here’s how we bring your ideas to life with sublimation:
Artwork & Design – You send us your design, or we help you create it. Logos, patterns, names, or photo images—all welcome!
Print to Sublimation Paper – Your design is printed in reverse using specialised inks on sublimation paper.
Heat Transfer – The printed paper is pressed onto the fabric with high heat and pressure, permanently bonding the dye with the garment.
Cut & Sew (Optional) – For fully custom garments, we sublimate panels first, then cut and sew to ensure a seamless finish.
